The Holiday Season has arrived in Fortnite. Every day until January 2, 2020, you can earn free goodies just by logging in to Fortnite Battle Royale during the Winterfest event.
To access your digital gifts, click on the new snowflake tab in the in-game lobby. Each day between December 18 and January 2, 2020, a new present arrives that you can open. Each present includes two outfits, two gliders, two pickaxes, two wraps, and a partridge in a pear – I mean one emote. All of them are new and exclusive to this year’s Winterfest.
Don’t worry if you miss a day. Any unopened presents will still be waiting for you until January 7, 2020.
Of course everyone has a stocking as well. During the Winterfest, you’ll find new Challenges in your stocking that provide awards and XP. Like the presents you’ll get a new Challenge every day, and they’ll be available until January 7.
In addition to all the free gifts and new Challenges, you’ll also discover many weapons from the past have temporarily returned during the Winterfest. Each day of the event will also feature a new Limited Time Mode, such as Wick’s Bounty and Arsenal.
Fortnite is available on PlayStation 4, Switch, Xbox One, PC (Epic Games Store), and mobile devices (iOS and Android). It’s rated T for Teen.
