During a live panel at Disney fan expo, D23 2026. Gameloft revealed the second 2026 roadmap of new content coming to Disney Dreamlight Valley, including teasing the next big expansion pack, Keepsake Sea, launching this October.
The Disney Dreamlight Valley live panel starts at 16:40 in the above video, and the actual new content is near the end starting around 48:28.
Most lot of the panel talks about all the work put into the game over the last year and beyond, including the new Honeyglow Woods Adventure Pack, Olaf’s Grand Exhibition, DreamTeams, and big improvements to DreamSnaps and Photo Mode.
First, we have Hannah Montana and Lizzie McGuire outfits arriving on August 19.
In September, Dreamlight Valley will add the villain from The Nightmare Before Christmas, Oogie Boogie. Boogie joins Jack and Sally, which had been added in previous years during Halloween and winter events. The event to unlock Oogie Boogie will arrive as a new six-week event, with a new quest each week, which sounds similar to the Floating Island events.
December will finally add Lilo from Lilo & Stitch as the last free content update of the year. Weird choice for December, but it’s about dang time! Poor Stitch has been alone in his franchise for years.
And the biggest news: the next big premium expansion for Disney Dreamlight Valley is called Keepsake Sea. The teaser shows a mermaid swimming in an underwater environment, followed by a shadowy pirate overlooking buried treasure, who sounds exactly like Jack Sparrow (and delivers a classic line from Pirates of the Caribbean).
Keepsake Sea will arrive this October. Expect more details as we get closer to launch. Dreamlight Valley’s previous expansions have added multiple biomes, new Disney characters, and new core mechanics to the gameplay.
