Three years after releasing Slime Rancher 2 on early access, developer Monomi Park finally has a release date for the full launch. Slime Rancher 2 will fully release on September 23 on PC (Steam, Epic), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series x/S.

Fun fact: September 23 is almost the exact date the game first launched in Early Access (Sept 22), all the way back in 2022.

Slime Rancher 2 has received numerous content updates over the years, and the 1.0 release is no different. The big new addition with 1.0 are the new Quantum Drones. These helpful buddies help automate the ranch, as well as gather resources around the island.

The 1.0 release also adds new sections of the Labyrinth to explore, as well as additional blueprints for new decor, gadgets, and upgrades.

The series is rated E10+.
