The Easter holiday isn’t a popular theme for gaming events, but it does let me polish off some nice puns. Thunderful Publishing, Clockstone and the LEGO Group have released some egg-stra free content to LEGO Bricktales, just in time for the holiday.

The Easter update, now available, adds a new woodland diorama, which unlocks after players have completed the first world (jungle).

The Easter Bunny needs help. Disgruntled chickens and persistent snow are preventing Easter egg production. Compelte multiple challenge puzzles to save the holiday, including an open area with more free building.

And it wouldn’t be an Easter event without the original search ‘n find! Easter eggs have also been hidden in other worlds. Collect them and use them to purchase new wardrobe items.

“The new LEGO Bricktales Easter Update hops onto Xbox, PlayStation, Switch and PC today,” said Dieter Schoeller, vice president. “We can’t wait to see what creative builds our players will come up with and I know I’ll be checking out social media to see what our players have been putting together using the game’s brick-by-brick building mechanic!”

LEGO Bricktales is available on PC (Steam, GoG, Epic Games Store), PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox. It’s rated E for Everyone.
