Disney Dreamlight Valley’s third big content update, A Festival of Friendship, is live now on PC and consoles.

The update adds two new characters to the valley, Olaf from Frozen, and Mirabel from Encanto. By helping solve the crisis of a blizzard in Frosted Heights, players can work with Merlin and Elsa to discover Olaf.

Mirabel’s story is all about the magical Mini-Casita. The magic house has been affected by the Forgetting. You will need Mirabel’s skills to resolve her family conflicts and restore it.

The update also adds a new Star Path. The Centennial Star Path celebrates Disney’s 100th anniversary, and features real-world Disney100 clothing and items. The Star Path is progressed by helping Mickey and friends complete duties around the valley.

New features added in this update include more storage chest options (including fridges and dressers!), craftable signs, house skins, and customizable interior doors. Read the full patch notes here.

Despite being on its third content update, Disney Dreamlight Valley has yet to fully release. It’s currently available as paid Early Access via the Founder’s Pack on PC (Win, Mac), PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox. The 1.0 version will be free-to-play when it releases later this year. It’s rated E for Everyone.
