Super.com and developer Nodding Heads Games have announced that Raji: An Ancient Epic will arrive on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 15. It released in August on Nintendo Switch as a timed exclusive. Watch the new launch trailer above.

Nodding Heads Games has also released a new playable demo on Steam, where players can try out the Prologue level for free (which should last about 40 minutes).

Developed by Indian studio Nodding Heads Games, Raji is an action-adventure set in the culturally rich world of Ancient India. A young woman, Raji, has been chosen by the gods to defend her world and save her younger brother from a demonic invasion led by Mahabalasura. Thankfully Raji is bestowed special weapons and abilities to fight the demons in fast-paced, combo-drive combat.

The world of Raji: An Ancient Epic is drawn in the Pahrini art style, using hand-painted textures within a 3D world of palaces, gardens and deserts. The story is inspired by Hindu and Balinese mythologies of Mahabharata and Ramayana.

Raji: An Ancient Epic is available now on Nintendo Switch. It’s coming to Steam, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One on October 15. It’s rated E10+ with Fantasy Violence.
