During the Disney Dreamlight Valley 2026 Summer Showcase, Gameloft announced a new premium mini-expansion starring Winnie the Pooh, Honeyglow Woods. Plus, our first look at the 2026 roadmap for the rest of the year, including the long awaited arrival of Ralph from Wreck-It Ralph.

Honeyglow Woods is a new paid DLC that Gameloft is calling an Adventure Pack ($16.99). Basically, an expansion pack, but smaller (and cheaper) than the normal-size ones.

According to the official FAQ, Adventure Packs are “entry-level add-ons centered around a specific theme or world.”

Honeyglow Woods is a new region that will be easily accessible from the magic tree portal, which can be planted anywhere in the Valley (or expansions).

Like other regions and realms, the area has been neglected and forgotten about, prompting the player character to work to restore it to its former glory. Along the way, you’ll meet up with Pooh bear, as well as Eeyore and Piglet.

The magical woods is inspired by the Hundred Acre Wood, and includes four different areas: Drowsybloom Acre, Gloommeadow, Braveheart Grove, and Nectar Apiary.

After completing the story, all three characters can be invited to live permanently in the Valley, and each has their own home, Friendship Quests, and rewards. (If you’re wondering where Tigger is, he can be found in the Wishblossom Ranch expansion).

The Adventure Pack also adds beekeeping as a permanent new addition to the game. Players can place bee houses and surround them with flowers, producing honey and speeding up flower growth. Beekeeping can be done in any biome.

There’s also the new critter companion hedgehogs (was hoping for a hephalump myself), and the Pooh Sticks minigame, which can be played with other Villagers.

This year marks the 100th anniversary of the classic A.A. Milne character, Winnie the Pooh, who has spent about half his life as a licensed Disney character. According to current US copyright law, the rights expired 95 years after the first story publication, meaning that Winnie the Pooh has been in the public domain since 2022.

Honeyglow Woods will launch on July 8 for $16.99, and include 2,000 moonstones. Players who purchase the Adventure Pack before July 22 will receive a special Rainy Day Dream Style outfit for Winnie the Pooh as an early adopter bonus.

The Summer Showcase also teased the new 2026 roadmap for the second half of the year, beginning with Wreck-It Ralph in July as the next free content update.

Ralph was actually teased in one of the very first Dreamlight Valley trailers several years ago! Now he can finally join Vanellope, who’s been in the game since 2023. The Ralph update will also include a new Star Path and other features.

We’re currently in the middle of the Hero’s Journey update, which added Hercules and Phil to the Valley, along with a new Realm.

Dreamlight Valley will get two more major content updates after Ralph, in September and December, as well as a major expansion. But Gameloft is keeping those secret for now. More information will drop in August about the free updates, while the Showcase stream for the next big expansion will be revealed in October.

Ralph was one of our predictions at the beginning of the year, but many more are still available. Zootopia? Raya? The Incredibles? Despite several years of updates, there’s still so many franchises left to explore!

Disney Dreamlight Valley is a popular live service life sim where players build, craft, farm, and befriend Disney and Pixar characters. It’s available on PC, Mac, PlayStation, Switch, Switch 2, and Xbox, and rated E for Everyone.
