After first announcing the Zooseum expansion last month, Two Point Museum has revealed more details about its next big expansion, as well as more free content.

Two Point Museum: Zooseum DLC will release on December 2 on PC (Steam, Epic), Mac, Linux, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S ($10.99). The Switch 2 version is slightly delayed to Q1 2026.

Zooseum is the second DLC expansion for management sim, Two Point Museum. It’s larger than Fantasy Finds (and priced a bit more), and includes the thing fans have been clamoring for — a new museum, with its own campaign!

Here’s what’s included:

  • A new museum location, Silverbottom Park
  • A new Wildlife expert type
  • An unexplored expedition map with the Farflung Isles
  • 40+ Wildlife Exhibits to rescue: featuring both habitat and terrarium animals, big and small.
  • A new five-star campaign
  • New gift shop items
  • New workshop items, including interactive displays
  • New themed items, useful utility and wildlife decorations
  • Two new animal-related rooms: Habitat and Wildlife Welfare

For new players, Silverbottom Park will unlock after completing the first star of the first museum, Memento Mile.

All Two Point Museum players will be able to enjoy at least some of Silverbottom Park and the new Expedition map, Farflung Isles. As part of the big Version 7.0 update, all players will be able to explore the first three Points of Interest on Farflung Isles, hire the new Wildlife Experts, and progress through the first star of the new campaign.

The 7.0 update will arrive on November 25, giving all players a taste of the new expansion’s content before its release. Nice!

Two Point Museum recently released on Nintendo Switch 2, though the Zooseum DLC won’t arrive until early next year.

Two Point Museum is one of our favorite games of the year, and continues to benefit from fantastic free updates and paid expansions. It’s rated E for Everyone.
