FuturLab has announced the release date for highly anticipated sequel, PowerWash Simulator 2. PowerWash Simulator 2 will release on October 23 on PC (Steam, Epic), PlayStation, 5, Switch 2, and Xbox Series X/S.

PowerWash Simulator released in 2022 and became a beloved indie title for its cozy first-person gameplay. PowerWash Simulator is a relaxing washing sim set in the filthy, grimy town of Muckingham. Armed with the titular washer, players embark on the cathartic experience of washing and cleaning, unlocking new gear, and restoring the town to its former glory, one location at at a time.

The sequel provides 38 jobs in an expanded world across Caldera County, including multi-stage jobs that unlock new areas as you clean. Players will need to scale buildings and use scissor lifts to reach higher areas (without pesky falling damage, this is still a chill game).

Plus, the sequel offers full home base customization, as players decorate their own personal headquarters. But the biggest new feature is the addition of local multiplayer! Up to four players can play online, or via split-screen couch co-op (for two players), cleaning the world together.

A free demo is currently available on Steam. The first game is also on sale on Steam for 50% off, while premium DLC packs are 25% off.

The PowerWash Simulator series is rated E for Everyone.
