After a brief tease, Disney Dreamlight Valley confirmed the third major expansion: Wishblossom Ranch. The reveal trailer teases the new alpine region, customizable horse mount, and at least three characters confirmed in the expansion.

Wishblossom Ranch is set in a snowy, mountainous region full of wild horses. The ranch was victim of a mysterious plague and lies in ruins, requiring the player to restore it in order to house and care for horses once again.

Players can befriend and tame their own horses in the region. Once tamed, players can customize and accessorize their horses, and take care of them with daily feeding and brushing. Horses can learn new abilities and skills, speed up tasks such as gardening and mining, and compete in obstacle courses. Is that a watering can in the horses mouth?

Horses also have friendship levels and unlock rewards, like Villagers.

Speaking of Villagers, it wouldn’t be a Dreamlight Valley expansion without some new Disney characters! The trailer reveals at least three new additions arriving with Wishblossom Ranch: Snow White, Tinkerbell, and Maximus (Tangled).

Snow White and Tinkerbell are popular characters and huge inclusions for the expansion. Maximus is a funny choice, both as a horse (duh!) and as a Tangled character, as the previous two expansions each included a Tangled character as well.

As with other expansions, Wishblossom Ranch will feature its own story line, and three new biomes to explore. It also looks like Wishblossom Ranch may not release in multiple parts, like the other expansions, as the trailer revealed a November release date.

Gameloft will host a special Disney Dreamlight Valley Showcase Stream on October 15, revealing more details about the expansion, including additional character reveals. Surely there’s a villain behind the Decay?

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available on PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox, and rated E for Everyone.
