Life sim Disney Dreamlight Valley continues having a killer year with the arrival of its next big seasonal update, Mysteries of Skull Rock. The Neverland-themed Dreamlight Valley update adds Peter Pan, along with a new Star Path, expanded Companions, and a boost to the Forgotten.

In order to add Peter Pan and discover the mysteries of Skull Rock, you’ll first need to befriend the Forgotten. As of the new update, players can now complete Quests and raise their Friendship level with the Forgotten. Plus, you can now give them an actual name!

Note for newer players: you won’t be able to add the Forgotten to your Valley until you’ve completed the main story of the base game. Merlin will then have a quest involving the Pillars and the small island near Skull Rock in Dazzle Beach.

The Adventures in Never Land Star Path tasks players with new duties to unlock adventure-themed furniture, outfits, and other goodies. Although it appears there aren’t any Bonus Rewards this time around. Bonus Rewards were only available after unlocking all other Star Path goodies, and featured alternate colors and special items, including new player houses.

But the biggest news of all — Prince Eric’s dog Max is now available in the Premium shop! The Max Companion Premium Bundle adds the big fluffy canine, plus nautical-themed furniture and clothing.

Companions got a big update in this season. Each Companion now has its own Friendship level, can enter homes, and have a special gathering ability, just like Valley friends. Max has a unique ability to dig up buried treasures. Plus, you can name the non-unique Companions.

Gameloft previously teased the roadmap for the second half of 2025. Inside Out arrives later this summer, followed by more characters from Beauty and the Beast (we’re guessing Lumiere and Cogsworth), and we should finally see Cinderella by the end of the year. Plus, the second half of the Storybook Vale DLC will arrive July 9th.

Disney Dreamlight Valley is available on Steam PC, Mac, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox, and rated E for Everyone.
