Gameloft is unleashing Disney-fied kart racer Speedstorm onto mobile platforms. Disney Speedstorm will release on iOS and Android mobile stores on July 11.

Players can pre-order/pre-register to join the Bonus Community Challenge. It’s “bonus” because eager players already unlocked the original Community Challenge by reaching 1 million pre-registrations.

The original challenge will add new suits and kart pieces for Mickey, Donald, and Goofy for all players.

The Bonus Challenge is even better, doling out racer shards for Bo Peep and Mowgil if we reach 50k and 100k pre-registrations. Players use racer shards to unlock or upgrade racers.

Players will have until the end of Season 8 to claim their challenge awards.

Disney Speedstorm is a free-to-play kart racer similar to Mario Kart. Each racer has unique abilities and strengths. Speedstorm features single-player event challenges and competitive multiplayer. New season add new characters, courses, and limited-time events to unlock new racers and cosmetics.

Mobile could be a great fit for a free-to-play, fast-paced racing game. Though Speedstorm also has to compete with Nintendo’s own free-to-play kart racer, Mario Kart Tour.

Speedstorm will release on mobile devices on July 11. The racing game is also available on PC (Steam, Epic), PlayStation, Switch, Xbox, and GeForce. It’s rated E for Everyone.
