The Pokémon Company has announced the next big event coming to free-to-play MOBA Pokémon Unite. The Eevee Festival will highlight one of the most popular Pokémon, alongside new Holowear, and two new Eevee-lutions to the roster.

The two new Eevee-lutions are Umbreon and Leafeon. Eevee-lutions are the cute term for the various elemental evolutions of Eevee.

Umbreon, the Dark-type Eevee-lution, will arrive on May 25, while Leafeon, the Grass-type, will follow on June 8.

New themed quick battles called Eevee Appeal-o-rama will allow players to try all the in-game Eevee-lutions released so far. Beginning on May 25, players on both teams will play as Espeon, Umbreon, Leafeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon. In addition, wild Eevee will be found across the map, including Gigantamax Eevee.

By completing the quick battle and earning prizes, players can earn Unite licenses for Espeon, Glaceon, and Sylveon.

And it wouldn’t be a Pokémon Unite event without fabulous new Holowear to dress up your favorite ‘mons. Matching checkered Holowear will release through the next few weeks for all the Eevee Pokémon.

Afterwards, Battle Pass 16 will arrive on June 12. The new battle pass will feature Knight style fashion items, including a Knight Holowear outfit for Scizor. Battle Pass 16 will run from June 12 to July 21.

Pokémon Unite is free-to-download and play (with optional premium battle passes) on Nintendo Switch and iOS and Android mobile devices.
