As teased by Marvel’s Avengers first DLC hero Kate Bishop, the original Hawkeye, Clint Barton is on his way. He’ll arrive as free DLC alongside his own storyline of missions on March 18. Also launching on that day are the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions of Marvel’s Avengers.

The Clint Barton DLC is called Future Imperfect, and picks up where Kate Bishop’s story, Taking AIM, let off. Players will learn more about Hawkeye’s mission to find Nick Fury and thwart the rise of AIM. Clint becomes embroiled in a time-traveling excursion, where he journeys to a bleak future Earth ruled by an older, evil, bearded Hulk who calls himself Maestro.

Future Imperfect can be played solo or with up to three friends. Watch the new War Table video showcasing the new content above.

The PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions will arrive as free upgrades for owners. Players can transfer their saves and progression to the upgraded version (assuming they don’t cross over from PlayStation to Xbox), and the next-gen versions feature cross-play with the previous generation.

The next-gen upgrades offer higher framerates and improved visuals, including up to 4K for PS5 and Xbox Series X, and 1440p for Series S. The upgraded games also take advantage of the built-in SSDs for much faster loading times, farther draw distances, and higher-resolution textures.

Marvel’s Avengers is also available on PC. It’s rated T for Teen with Language, Mild Blood, and Violence.
