Xbox Game Pass is becoming one of the most popular services in gaming, and it just got better. Microsoft announced a partnership with Electronic Arts to add EA’s own EA Play subscription service under Xbox Game Pass Ultimate and Xbox Game Pass for PC.

EA Play (formerly EA Access and Origin Access), includes over 60 games, including Titanfall 2, FIFA 20, and Need for Speed Heat, as well as big series like Dragon Age, Battlefield, and The Sims. EA Play also includes a members-only discount on digital purchases, and up to 10 hour trials.

Not including the new EA additions, Xbox Game Pass includes over 100 games, such as Minecraft Dungeons, Grounded, Gears 5, Wasteland 3, and the entire Halo series.

Xbox Game Pass is available in three different subscriptions: Console only, PC only, and Ultimate, which includes both PC and Xbox, as well as Xbox Gold subscription for multiplayer.

Coming September 15, Xbox Game Pass Ultimate will also extend to Android mobile devices.

Microsoft introduced the Xbox Game Pass in E3 2019. Since then it’s become a popular Netflix-like subscription service for gaming, and continues to add more games, including the growing list of Xbox Game Studio games.

Xbox Game Pass subscription costs $9.99/mo, or $14.99/mo for Ultimate, though you can subscribe for your first month for only $1. EA games will be added this Holiday season, though a specific date has yet to be announced.
