Gameloft has finally broken its silence over the first major Disney Dreamlight Valley update of 2025 with the Tales of Agrabah. The new update will add Aladdin and Jasmine, and their realm, to the valley on February 26.
The reveal was first teased last year. Gameloft showcased the roadmap for the first half of 2025, with Aladdin, Alice in Wonderland, and (presumably) Peter Pan coming to Dreamlight Valley.
The Aladdin realm is coming first, letting players visit Agrabah and solve a weather-related crisis. Once they complete the quest, players can add Aladdin and Jasmine into their valley.
Their home looks pretty small, like a single tower of the palace, but the characters both look great.
Even more exciting: players can unlock the Magic Carpet as a full companion! Sure it may make more sense as a glider, but companions are awesome too, and Carpet looks totally adorable.
Completing Aladdin’s quest line will open his gem store, letting players purchase gems for the first time. Nice!
No details yet on how much their realm will cost to unlock. The first three levels in the central castle are filled, with the third level realms costing 15,000 Dreamlight. Will Agrabah cost even more?
The update will also add even more floating islands, adding an island for every biome in the base valley.
Other new features include a search bar for recipes, a slow cooker to queue meals, and more room size options for player houses.
Psst… It’s Star Path Teaser time!
Can you guess what items you can expect from the emojis below?

Gameloft teased some of the items coming in the Oasis Retreat Star Path via emojis on Twitter/X. Resort-themed unlockable items include a companion bath, palm trees, and some kind of genie handbag?
The last Star Path, Frost & Faeries, was robust, lengthy, and pretty darn challenging. It featured bonus rewards, including a player house, for the first time.
The Tales of Agrabah update will drop on February 26. Disney Dreamlight Valley is available on PC (Steam, Epic), PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox.
