German developer FIT Talent Games has released FIT Food, an educational card game that helps teach proper nutrition. It’s available now as a free download on PC (Steam) and mobile (iOS, Android).
FIT Food features 12 modes, including beginner and practice modes as well as more challenging options such as Know It All. Players choose an avatar and play cards at a table to answer food and nutrition-related questions, such as Most Calories.
Cards include information on nutrition, health, cost, and environmental impact. If multiple cards qualify as the right answer, the fastest player wins.
The game gets more challenging as more cards are available with less time to play them. The player with the most won rounds wins the match. A new mode called Cube Run includes the environment itself as players run to the cube with the correct answer.
FIT Food supports online multiplayer. The educational game is also designed with schools, educators, and healthcare providers, as a way to teach proper food nutrition, and identifying what’s in our foods.
FIT Food is available now for free on PC and mobile. It’s rated E for Everyone.
