In terms of killer video game deals, it doesn’t get much more impressive than Ubisoft’s free weekend for Tom Clancy’s The Division 2. From now until March 2 you can download and play a free trial version of The Division 2 on PC (Epic Games Store), PlayStation 4, and Xbox One.

You won’t need anything extra to access The Division 2 free weekend on PC or PlayStation 4. Xbox One owners, however, will need to have an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

The entire game is available to play during the free weekend period, and progress will carry over to the full game should you choose to purchase it.

Ubisoft made that decision pretty easy thanks to a hilariously steep discount on the base game: 95% off, which equates to $2.99 for a well-reviewed multiplayer action game that released just last year.

The Division 2 has received numerous post-launch updates and free expansions since release. The first paid expansion, Warlords of New York, is releasing next week on March 3. It adds a new story, an extended endgame, and a return to New York with an increased level cap to 40. Purchasing the expansion offers an instant boost to level 30 so you can drop right in to the new content.

The Division 2 free weekend is going on now. It’s rated M for Mature.
