News
- Pokémon Go is undergoing changes and problems and people are disappointed. A big problem for a lot of people is that the developer shut down third-party Pokémon tracking sites and the tracking that comes with the app doesn’t work well. The developer has responded. Also, another update caused some players to lose all the Pokémon they’d captured.
- EA is now interested in alternate-reality gaming thanks to Pokémon Go.
- For a limited time Overwatch players can get free Olympic stuff, like skins for characters, and play a special Olympics-inspired game called Lucioball.
- Hearthstone’s new expansion, One Night in Karazhan, is on the way. Stephen says you can spend the money, or you can “get gud”—just get good at the game.

- The new Xbox One S is out. Who is buying it?
- In New York, the government is concerned about Pokémon Go and other alternate-reality games helping sex offenders find victims, and they’re introducing legislation. We rant a little about Pokémon Go haters.
- A dumptruck full of Pokémon Sun and Moon news has come out. Stephen wrote about it and so did Eric Watson.
