We knew it was coming, and now Gameloft has confirmed that Lady and the Tramp will arrive in the next big update for Disney Dreamlight Valley. The Puppy Love update will arrive on all platforms on February 11.
The update adds an all-new story Realm inspired by the classic animated film, Disney’s Lady and the Tramp. Players will help the two friendly dogs go out on a date, while cleaning up spaghetti messes and avoiding dogcatchers.
Afterwards, players can bring Lady and Tramp into the Valley, including their New England style house. Each dog is a full Villager with their own Friendship Quests and rewards, including clothing styles and furniture modeled after both characters.
In the new Star Path, players can unlock Tony’s Italian restaurant from the film, along with new Dreamstyle outfits for Mickey and Minnie Mouse.
Pink is definitely the theme with this Valentine’s Day update, including a new Cherry Blossom style for the Dreamcastle, Chez Remy’s, Scrooge Store, Goofy’s Stalls, and transportation wells. Also, I believe our very first alternate theme for the Valley Visit Station — nice!
The update also adds evolving tools. Certain cosmetic tools will feature enhanced looks, which are unlocked through using and leveling them up. The shovels are going to be a serious grind!
Players can also unlock new items and rewards through the new Valley Valentine’s Event, hosted by Mickey and Minnie, through February 25. In March, players can enjoy the return of the Four-leaf clover event for St. Patrick’s Day, and in April, the Egg-stravanganza event. Both returning events feature old and new rewards and tasks.
Gameloft is also bringing a highly requested quality of life feature: moving multiple objects at once! With the update, players can now select multiple objects in build mode and move and/or rotate them as an entire group, making it much easier to shuffle, build, and change our Valleys.
The Puppy Love update for Disney Dreamlight Valley arrives February 11. Dreamlight Valley is rated E for Everyone.
