Frontier Developments released the first premium DLC for Jurassic World Evolution 3: Wetlands Pack ($9.99). The Wetlands Pack adds new dinosaur species, scenery items, and blueprints.

The new dinosaur species in the Wetlands Pack DLC are the Irritator, the Austroraptor, and the Hypsilophodon.

And yes, this is the first time I’m learning of a dinosaur called the “Irritator.” Apparently it’s similar to the Spinosaurus.

The Austroraptor is a very large member of the raptor family, standing taller than the average person.

On the opposite side of the scale is the diminutive Hypsilophodon, which looks like a pygmy version of the Iguanadon.

All three dinosaurs feature, male, female, and juvenile variants.

The Wetlands Pack also includes over 200 scenery items for crafting swampland areas, including boats and baskets, fishing nets, wooden docks, shanty walls, and more. Plus, 13 preconstructed blueprints to pop down anywhere in your parks.

Jurassic World Evolution 3 also received a free update alongside the DLC launch. The 1.2 update adds the Deinochierus, a large, duck-like ornithomimosaur, including its full family unit, free for all players. Plus, new biomes for the island generator, more blueprints, the ability to copy paths, and other improvements.

See the full 1.2 update highlight trailer below.

Jurassic World Evolution 3 is a park management sim from the designers of Planet Zoo. It’s available on Windows PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S, and rated E10+.
