This year’s annual Haunted Hallows event in Rocket League is getting an extra special spooky crossover. Psyonix has partnered with Lionsgate, Universal, and Legendary to bring not one, but four licensed horror slashers into the sports-car world of Rocket League.

The new horror-themed cars, decals, wheels, and more are inspired by Billy the Puppet (Saw), Chucky (Chucky/Child’s Play), Leatherface (Texas Chainsaw Massacre), and Sam (Trick ‘r Treat). Players can unlock these items by completing special event challenges. Some items can also be purchased in the in-game item shop, such as the theme from Halloween as a Player Anthem – nice!

During the event, Super Cube as been rethemed as Spooky Cube. In addition to messing with the speed, shape, and physics of the ball, Spooky Cube replaces the ball with a Jack-o Lantern. Another limited time mode, Heartseeker will also return during the event.

Haunted Hollows will begin on October 19, and run through November 1. Spooky Cube will be available until October 26. Heartseeker will then unlock from Oct 26 through November 1. All players can purchase the Sole Survivor title for free during the event.

Rocket League is available on PC, PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox. It’s free to play, and rated E for Everyone.
