Pokémon-like MMORPG Temtem has been in Early Access since 2020. On September 6, developer Crema and publisher Humble are finally launching Temtem out of Early Access into 1.0, on PC (Steam), PlayStation 5, Switch, and Xbox Series X/S.

A new trailer showcases the many updates that have led to the upcoming 1.0 release.

Tamer’s Paradise is a new location that’s coming to the Airborne Archipelago. It’s an endgame location with high-level competitive player battles and AI simulation battles. Find different Temtem each week in the Temsafari. Shop for everything you need for your tamer and your home at the stores. And progress through a challenging, random dungeon crawl of the Evershifting Tower with a single starting Temtem.

The full campaign takes tamers through six islands as they rise to become powerful Temtem trainers. The game world is designed as an MMO as you travel with other players. Battles allow for up to two players together, as two Temtem always battle on each side.

After the 1.0 launch, Temtem will introduce seasonal updates as well as Battle Passes that feature free and paid unlockable reward tracks.

Temtem is available on Steam (PC) via Early Access. It’s launching on Steam, PlayStation, Switch, Xbox on September 6. It’s rated E10+.
