During Summer Game Fest, Coffee Stain and Koch Media announced Goat Simulator 3, launching this fall on PC (Epic Games Store), PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S.

It’s understandable if you think you missed Goat Simulator 2. There never was a Goat Simulator 2! Goat Simulator 3 is a direct sequel to the 2014 original, which began as a gag and took on a life of its own. And now even the title of the sequel is a joke.

Goat Simulator 3 has all the goat-action one could possibly desire. Once again you play as Pilgor the goat, a naughty beast who can wield weapons, wear hats, and dress up in different outfits and skins with over 300 different parts.

Goat Simulator 3 features a new free roaming sandbox where you can headbutt, crash, and generally cause horrifying, hilarious mayhem in this physics-based action game. The sequel will also bring online and local multiplayer, with up to four players. You can free roam together as well as compete in seven multiplayer mini-games.

“Since the release of the first Goat Simulator, it’s come to our attention that it did not really represent reality and how it actually feels to be a goat. So for the past couple of years, we’ve been doing some googling, and I am pleased to say – we’ve made it,” said Santiago Ferrero, Creative Director, Coffee Stain North. “Goat Simulator 3 is by far the greatest goat experience out there. Is it worth the money? Who knows. But will you regret it? Probably.”

Goat Simulator 3 will launch on PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S this fall.
