Nintendo Switch Sports is now available  on — you guessed it, Nintendo Switch. The digital version is $39.99, while the physical version includes a Leg Strap accessory, for $49.99.

Like its infamous best-selling predecessor, Wii Sports, Nintendo Switch Sports is a collection of sports-themed mini-games that use the Joy-Con motion controls. The intuitive controls are built for all ages and skill levels. The Leg Strap is used for the Soccer game, and can be purchased separately for $9.99 if you get the digital version.

The same Leg Strap is also included in Ring Fit Adventure, and can be used with Nintendo Switch Sports.

At launch, Switch Sports features the following six mini-games:

  • Soccer
  • Volleyball
  • Bowling
  • Tennis
  • Badminton
  • Chambara (Swordplay)

A free update will add a Golf mini-game later this summer. The update will also expand the leg strap compatibility for soccer matches.

Switch Sports can be played in local or online multiplayer. Each player can customize their own avatar, called Sportsmates. Playing random matches online will earn points that can be redeemed for outfits, accessories, and gear. New items will rotate in each week. Original Mii avatars are available as well.

Nintendo Switch Sports is rated E10+.
