Square Enix has announced a release date for upcoming The World Ends With You sequel. NEO: The World Ends With You will release on PlayStation 4 and Switch on July 27. It’s also coming to PC via the Epic Games Store later this summer. Watch the new trailer above, which introduces the new characters.

NEO is a direct sequel to the 2007 anime-infused action-RPG that originally launched on the Nintendo DS. The sequel stars a new cast of characters, based on the recent anime adaptation by Funimation. The first episode is available to stream on Hulu.

NEO stars new protagonist Rindo, as he and his friends explore the Reaper’s Game, a deadly game show in Shibuya, Japan. Players can look forward to exploring the real-world district while fighting monsters in stylish battles, equipping the latest fashion trends, and rocking out to the soundtrack composed by Takaharu Ishimoto.

NEO: The World Ends With You will release on PS4 and Switch this July, with a PC release to follow. It’s rated T for Teen.
