The former PlayStation 4 exclusive adventure Falcon Age has come to roost on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and Nintendo Switch, for $19.99. During launch week you can enjoy a 25% launch discount. To celebrate the release, you can download a free Falcon Age baby bird AR filter for Instagram.

Falcon Age is a first-person adventure game starring a woman named Ara and a young falcon whom she befriends, raises, and trains. Ara’s planet is being destroyed by robotic invaders, leaving her and her avian ally to fight back against the oppressive colonizers and save her planet and her people.

Everything in the game revolves around your bird. You can name, feed, and train them, and of course dress them up and give them lots of pets. Craft a variety of bird snacks to grant important buffs and healing, accessorize your bird with the latest in avian fashion, and gather materials by using the falcon to hunt for small animals.

If you want to enjoy the game’s bird-sim action sans combat, the gameplay offers an Imprint story mode that leaves combat optional.

Falcon Age was originally released last year and designed for PlayStation VR. It also supports HTC Vive, Oculus, and Valve Index, but does not require a VR headset to play.

Falcon Age is rated E10+.
