Capcom continues its string of post-launch, cross-game collaboration with Monster Hunter World: Iceborne. Hunters will be able to make layered armor to look like either Leon or Claire from Resident Evil, and later this month will be able to craft special weapons inspired from Horizon Zero Dawn: The Frozen Wilds.

The Racoon City Collaboration started November 7. Hunters who have achieved a Master Rank of at least 20 can craft Leon and Claire layered armor sets, as well as three themeed pendants by completing the new event quest. Other rewards include new zombie-like gestures and room decorations.

The collaboration also features a paid DLC costume pack, The Handler’s Terrifying Tyrant. The DLC transforms your non-combative ally into a trenchcoat-wearing brute who can join hunters on quests and prepare meals in camp.

Starting November 21, PlayStation 4 players of Monster Hunter World: Iceborne will be able to craft a Light Bowgun based on Aloy’s Stormslinger weapon, by completing a special event quest. Hunters must be at least Master Rank 24 to embark on the quest.

These crossover events will be followed by another big content update in December. The December Update will add another new monster, as well as the return of seasonal events, adding new decorations to the hub areas, and special limited bounties and event quests. For PS4 players, December will also bring more Horizon Zero Dawn crossover content, including a full armor set and an upgrade for the Stormslinger, as well as upgrades to last year’s Horizon Zero Dawn crossover items.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne is available on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The expansion will arrive on PC in January 2020. It’s rated T for Teen.
