If you’ve been patiently waiting to get your dinosaur-riding on the Switch, the wait is nearly over. Studio Wild Card finally confirmed the release date. ARK: Survival Evolved will arrive on Switch on November 30 in retail and digital form. Watch the new live-action trailer above.

The Switch version will include all the features as the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One ports. The Switch port is being developed by indie studio Abstraction Games. It will feature multiplayer servers and over 100 prehistoric (and mythological) creatures to battle, tame, and ride.

ARK originally hit Steam Early Access in 2015. Although saddled with numerous performance issues the survival crafting game remained incredibly popular thanks to its beautiful, dinosaur-filled island, deep crafting system, and open multiplayer.

ARK officially launched on PC, Xbox One, and PlayStation 4 last year and remains one of the most popular games on Steam. It launched on mobile devices earlier this year.

As ambitious as the game is, it runs notoriously poorly on consoles (and takes a beefy PC to run well there). ARK will be fully playable in both docked and handheld mode on the Switch, but we’ll have to see on release how well it runs.

ARK: Survival Evolved will launch on Switch Nov. 30. It’s also available on PC, Xbox One, PlayStation 4, and mobile. It’s rated T for Teen.
