Monomi Park’s family-friendly farm game Slime Rancher was a hit last year when it released on PC and Xbox One. One year later it’s coming to PlayStation 4, as well as receiving a physical edition courtesy of Skybound Games.

The special boxed edition will arrive on September 4 for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. Slime Rancher will be released on the PlayStation Network a bit earlier, on August 21.

Slime Rancher stars young rancher Beatrix LeBeau on an alien planet populated by adorable slime creatures. Your goal is to create a slime-based economy by collecting slimes, breeding them, feeding them the proper crops, and harvesting the results. Slimes and other items are harvested using the Vacpack, a portable vacuum.

The retail boxed edition will include a beginner’s guide called the Slimepedia Booklet, a digital download of the soundtrack, and a discount voucher for Slime Rancher merchandise. Console players will also receive special DLC. PS4 players will get heroic adventurer costumes for their slimes, while Xbox One gets pirate costumes.

You can pre-order the physical edition now for a 20% discount.

Slime Rancher first launched in Steam Early Access in 2016 before the full 1.0 release on Steam and Xbox One in August 2017. It will launch on PlayStation 4 August 21. Retail boxed versions for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One will be out September 4. It’s rated E for Everyone.
