Square Enix announced that Life is Strange Remastered Collection is now available on PC (Steam), PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Google Stadia. The PS4 and XBO versions are also compatible with PS5 and Series X/S respectively.
The collection is also coming to Switch at a later date.
The Remastered Collection includes enhanced versions of the first two games of the narrative adventure series, Life is Strange and Before the Storm. Character models have been updated, included improved lip sync and facial animations.
Some puzzles have also been updated. Before the Storm features previously released deluxe content, including bonus outfits and the bonus episode, Farewell.
“Firstly I wanted to recognize Dontnod for creating the incredible original Life is Strange game and now offer thanks to Deck Nine Games for improving the emotional on-screen performance of these beloved characters,” said Jon Brooke, co-head of studio, Square Enix. “The result of both teams hard work is that the Life is Strange Remastered Collection can be the beginning of an exciting and emotional journey for many new players for years to come.”
Life is Strange Remastered Collection is included in the purchase of Life is Strange: True Colors Ultimate Edition. The Life is Strange series is rated M for Mature.
