The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes for Nintendo 3DS will be getting a new challenge area called “Den of Trials” and two new costumes. The update is free and comes out on December 2.
The Den of Trials will set a team of Links against a series of increasingly difficult enemies. You cannot move on to the next room until you’ve defeated every enemy in the room you’re in. And unlike regular levels in Tri Force Heroes, which have four stages, the Den of Trials has “30-plus” stages.
The new outfits are Linebeck’s Uniform, which will allow you to see inside treasure chests before opening them, and Fierce Deity Armor, which amplifies your sword’s power.
The Legend of Zelda: Tri Force Heroes is rated E for Everyone, and is one of the only Zelda games with a multiplayer option. You can read our review of the game right here.
