Blizzard Entertainment has teamed up with real estate app Zillow to create Zillow for Warcraft. Zillow for Warcraft is a rather charming website that showcases the homes of Azeroth, from “Stormwind townhouses” to “Horde-influenced bungalows.” Love it!
Zillow for Warcraft includes a mix of player-owned houses and some familiar Blizzard-built homes. Certain homes are given expanded treatment, with fully 3D tours and SkyTours, inspired by the new Zillow Showcase feature.
Player housing is the big new feature coming to the latest World of Warcraft expansion, Midnight, launching March 2. Player housing has been available in Early Access form since December 2025.
Midnight players can unlock their own customizable houses after completing the housing tutorial, and join either public, or private guild-only neighborhoods. Hundreds of furniture items are available to unlock, craft, and sell, and neighborhoods can complete endeavors to unlock more rewards.
“Player housing has sparked an extraordinary wave of creativity in World of Warcraft, and the passion our community has poured into shaping their own spaces is nothing short of inspiring,” said Monica Austin, chief marketing officer, Blizzard Entertainment. “Partnering with Zillow allowed us to take that excitement even further — creating an experience that feels playful, intuitive, and tailor‑made for our players. Together, we’ve built something that celebrates the unique ways players express themselves in Azeroth and the joy of finally carving out a place in the world they call home.”
Note that the website is for funzies only — there’s no actual real estate component to World of Warcraft (yet), and players cannot buy or sell homes on Zillow for Warcraft.
World of Warcraft is available on Windows PC and Mac, and rated T for Teen.
