Two Point Museum just keeps getting better and better as the 3.0 update arrives with more quality improvements. Plus, we’re getting free DLC later this Summer!

The big new addition in 3.0 are MIA Staff Exhibits. During riskier expeditions and events, staff can be permanently lost. With the MIA Staff Exhibits, curators will be given an item they can display in their museum should one of their own not return. The item depends on the rank of the staff member, and ranges from a plaque, to a bust, to a full-on statue. Classy!

Of course, you don’t have to display the memorial. You could simply turn around and sell it. We’re running a museum here, not a funeral house!

Speaking of expeditions, many Points of Interest have been given a once-over to improve their randomization, ensuring that you’ll eventually see each exhibit after a set amount of time.

Other new additions include workshop queues, gift shop posters, more staff traits, and more visible thievery.

The 3.0 update is available now on PC, and coming to consoles soon.

Two Point Studios also teased more free content coming soon.

The simply-named Summer update will add a new Point of Interest to the Bone Belt, bringing three new fish exhibits: Setsail Fish, Lolliflopper Fish, and Cunning Skink. Plus new Summer-themed items such as an ice cream kiosk.

After the Summer Update comes The Final Museum. The Final Museum is an all-new, Arctic-themed finale in the remote Pointy Mountains. This challenging museum features reduced guest intake that have to arrive by plane, while solving the mystery of the missing curator. The Final Museum should arrive by the end of the month, for free!

Two Point Museum is currently available on Steam, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X/S. It’s coming to the Epic Game Store later this month, and Two Point Hospital will be free on Epic between June 12-19. The Two Point series is rated E for Everyone.
