Ustwo Games, the developers behind the beloved Monument Valley series, announced a partnership with the International Federation of Red Cross and Red Crescent Societies (IRFC). The partnership will provide relief to communities around the world who suffer from flooding.
Specifically, Ustwo Games will donate 3% of profits from Monument Valley 3 to the IFRC, for the next three years. Additionally, players who complete Monument Valley 3 will be introduced to the IFRC website, and the nonprofit’s work with flood relief programs.
“We’re incredibly excited to partner with the IFRC for Monument Valley 3,” said Maria Sayans, CEO, Ustwo Games. “At ustwo games, we believe in the power of games to positively impact the world. Through this partnership, we hope to raise awareness about the far-reaching consequences of floods and inspire our players to join us in supporting the IFRC’s vital relief efforts.”
Monument Valley 3 released late last year, exclusively on Netflix Games. Players sail through a flooded, isometric world, and complete puzzles within unique geographical structures. The series has won numerous awards and considered among the best mobile puzzle games. The Monument Valley games are rated E for Everyone.
The IFRC is the world’s largest humanitarian network, with 16 million volunteers operating in 191 countries.
