Capcom has announced Ace Attorney Investigations Collection will release on PC (Steam), PlayStation, Switch, and Xbox on September 6.

The Investigations Collection includes two remastered spin-off games from the Ace Attorney series: Ace Attorney Investigations: Miles Edgeworth, and Ace Attorney Investigations 2: Prosecutor’s Gambit.

The Investigations series switches focus from defense attorney Phoenix Wright to prosecutor Miles Edgeworth. Edgeworth must investigate crime scenes, gather evidence, interview witnesses, and use deductive reasoning to solve each case.

The first Investigations game released in the US for Nintendo DS in 2010, while the sequel never released outside Japan — until now!

The remasters feature updated HD visuals and improved character animations — and the option to swap between the updated or classic sprites. A new Story mode lets players enjoy the story while quickly progressing through gameplay sections. A new History function lets players review past conversations to pick up missed hints or clues.

The collection also features a Gallery Mode, with concept art, animations, sketches, and over 100 background tracks — including five newly arranged tracks as a pre-order bonus, and a completely new orchestral track. Like the visuals, players can swap in the new music, or stick with the original soundtrack.

Pre-orders are available now. Ace Attorney Investigations Collection will release on September 6 for digital stores, and physically for Nintendo Switch. The series is rated T for Teen.
