The Piczle puzzle series collides with farm life series Story of Seasons with Piczle Cross: Story of Seasons, available now on PC (Steam) and Switch ($9.99). It’s also compatible with Steam Deck.

Pizcle Cross features 350 nonogram puzzles, an estimated 30 hours of puzzling goodness.

If you’re not familiar, nonogram puzzles are grid-based logic puzzles, sort of a mix of Minesweeper and Sudoku.

The puzzles form characters, buildings, crops, farm animals, and environments associated with the Story of Seasons series.  Large collage puzzles combine dozens of puzzles into a larger picture that celebrates one of Story of Seasons’ festivals.

As you complete puzzles, you’ll grow you farm, adding crops, livestock, and facilities. You’ll also unlock entries in the almanac, providing over a hundred pages of new details and insight into the farm life series.

And it wouldn’t be a chill puzzle game without music. Piczle Cross features 29 music tracks from the Story of Seasons series.

“Thanks to Marvelous’ cooperation, I was able to develop a game that faithfully reflects the story of the Story of Seasons series,” James Kay, CEO, Score Studios. “It was a great honor to work with Marvelous on the game and hope that fans of both Story of Seasons and Piczle will enjoy the game.”
