During a recent live stream from the official Final Fantasy 14 Online twitch channel, game director and producer Naoki Yoshida announced ten years worth of support and content for the MMORPG.
The road map begins with patch 6.1, which expands the new Trust System into main scenario dungeons, allowing players to bring along NPC allies. To further help new players, several low-level main scenario missions will be changed to make them friendlier for solo players. Patch 6.1 arrives in April.
Yoshida also confirmed that the first major graphical update is underway, and will be implemented with the next expansion pack. A detailed, but not comprehensive, list of patch notes can be found below:

Beginning today, the free trial has been reopened for new users. It was previously suspended due to an increased volume in players since the most recent expansion release, Endwalker. The free trial includes A Realm Reborn and Heavensward expansions, an additional player race (Au Ra) and three more playable jobs (Dark Knight, Astrologian, and Machinist.
Final Fantasy 14 is available on PC and PlayStation.
