Mediatonic and Devolver Digital have announced Season 4 of Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout. Season 4 will add a retro-futuristic theme with new challenges, costumes, and emotes on March 22.
Season 4 catapults the bean-people 2020 years into the future, into the year 4041. This future looks like the neon-soaked retro-future of the 1980s, including big hair and leg warmers. Seven new rounds including Roll On, Skyuline Stumble, and Big Shots.
The trailer teases neon lasers, gravity lifts, and bridges of light. Costumes include goopy aliens, armored helmets, and full-on 1980s exercise instructor.
The Season 4 trailer also includes a fun tease at the end, as one of the beans is dumped into the water. As the poor bean slowly sinks, we see they’re wearing the familiar visor-costume of the Among Us video game, and text appears stating “Fall Guy was ejected, 1 imposter remains,” a direct nod to the incredibly popular hidden betrayer game.
Mediatonic has confirmed that a two-piece Among Us costume will be unlockable via the Season 4 fame path. The lower half unlocks at level 21, and the upper half at level 26.
Fall Guys: Ultimate Knockout is available on PC (Steam, Epic Games Store) and PlayStation 4. It’s arriving on Xbox One and Nintendo Switch later this summer. It’s rated E for Everyone.
