Since its launch in 2018, developer Two Points Studios has released four major expansions for hospital simulator Two Point Hospital. Culture Shock, launching October 20 for $8.99, will be the fifth.

Culture Shock tasks hospital managers with saving movie stars, artists, and carnival attendees in a trio of new scenarios.

The adventure begins in Plywood Studios as you find yourself in the middle of a real-life medical drama. From there you’ll journey to the Mudbury festival where a number of fair-goers have had one to many cony dogs. Finally there’s the Fitzpocket Academy, home to world-renowned artist Zara Fitzpocket.

At 36, Culture Shock has the most new illnesses of any DLC released so far, including 12 with all new visuals and three animated cure machines. New artsy illnesses include Stunt Trouble, Private Parts, and Writers’ Block. And of course, more of everyone’s favorite DJ announcer.

A new item pack is also launching next week. The Fancy Dress Item Pack will include 23 new outfits and items on October 20, including a free zombie costume.

Culture Shock is coming to the Steam PC version of Two Point Hospital on October 20. The sim is also available on PlayStation 4, Switch, and Xbox One. It’s rated E10+.
