Every week the Epic Games Store hosts a free game that anyone with an account can add to their digital library and keep forever.
Lately Epic has offered some pretty big games, like Civilization 6. This week, you can grab popular multiplayer-crafting game ARK: Survival Evolved for free until June 18.
The ARK: Survival Evolved base game is completely free this week, as well as the following add-ons, each of which adds entirely new islands to explore and different beasts to tame:
- Ragnarok
- The Center
- Valguero
- Crystal Isles
The larger season pass expansions , like Scorched Earth and Extinction, are currently 50% off, along with the season pass itself.
The multiplayer survival-crafting game is celebrating its fifth year anniversary this month, along with the release of the free fantasy themed map, Crystal Isles. Crystal Isles is a new 150 sq km map featuring massive rain forests and floating islands.
ARK: Survival Evolved is available for free on Epic Games Store this week through June 18. It’s also available on Steam, PlayStation 4, Switch, Xbox One, and mobile devices. The Crystal Isles add-on is out now on PC and coming to consoles in September. It’s rated T for Teen.
