Bandai Namco has launched Doraemon Story of Seasons for PC (Steam) and Nintendo Switch. It’s a spin-off of the Story of Seasons farm sim series, starring the anime characters from Doraemon.

Doraemon is a popular anime series from Japan that’s been around since the 1970s. It stars a time-travelling, gadget-using cat robot from which the series is named.

Several familiar faces from the anime series are included in this new spin-off of the Story of Seasons franchise, including Noby, Sue, Big G, and Sneech. Players will be able to engage in all the same activities in the farm sim series, including growing crops, designing the farm, developing the town, exploring the area, and forming bonds with other townsfolk.

Players will also be able to find and use Doraemon’s many secret gadgets to help build and customize their farm.

Dozens of Doraemon video games have released in Japan, but Doraemon Story of Seasons is notable as the first Doraemon video game to receive a Western release.

Doraemon Story of Seasons is available now on PC and Switch. It’s rated E for Everyone with Mild Fantasy Violence.
