A new trailer for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 was revealed during San Diego Comic-Con. Now it can be found on YouTube. The trailer reveals the main villain and plot – it’s the blue-faced, time-traveling ne’er-do-well Kang the Conqueror. LEGO Marvel Super Heroes is coming November 14 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.

With Kang comes Chronopolis, the new hub world for LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2. It’s made up of different time periods and eras from Marvel history, including Ancient Egypt, New York City 2099, and Wakanda. The story is written by comic book scribe Kurt Busiek.

The game should include all of Marvel’s deep roster of comic book heroes (and villains), but the trailer focuses heavily on the heroes of the Marvel Cinematic Universe, including the Guardians of the Galaxy, Avengers, Dr. Strange, and Black Panther. Also spotted – Ms. Marvel and Captain Marvel!

No sign of any X-Men or Fantastic Four, leading some to worry if the non-MCU characters are even included as they were in the first game.

Other officially announced characters include comic fan-favorite Gwenpool, Vulture from Spider-Man: Homecoming, and Inhumans Medusa and Lockjaw. Howard the Duck returns and will be voiced by Kinda Funny Games’ Greg Miller.

A new character was also revealed at SDCC. Carnom is a new super villain fusion of Spider-Man villains Carnage and Venom. He’s a unique character to LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2.

LEGO Marvel Super Heroes 2 is out November 14 for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. It’s currently pending a rating from the ESRB, but all previous LEGO games by TT Games have been rated E for Everyone.
