The LEGO Dimensions tie-in video series, “Meet That Hero!” has released its latest episode today. This fourth episode features Gandalf the Grey of Lord of the Rings and The Hobbit fame.
As the host, Gandalf introduces viewers to Newt Scamander from the film Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them. However, Gandalf’s introduction is ruined by a silly case of mistaken identity. Other characters from Fantastic Beasts keep confusing him with fellow wizard Dumbledore, and Gandalf is set on correcting their mistake. The video short also shows off some fantastic beasts from the film, such as Niffler, a mole-like critter which loves shiny objects. LEGO Dimensions’ own fantastic beasts like Unikitty and Velociraptor also get a shout out in the short.
Other episodes of “Meet That Hero!” which include characters from Adventure Time, Supergirl, and more can be found on the LEGO Dimensions YouTube channel. Also, a new story pack for Fantastic Beasts comes out next week on November 18th. The pack features Newt Scamander along with the cast of characters and creatures from the film. Its release marks the start of LEGO Dimensions’ latest wave of new story packs that includes Sonic the Hedgehog, Batman, and Knight Rider.
