Subscription-based Loot Crate is getting ready to launch a special gaming edition, know as Loot Gaming.

If you’ve spent any amount of time on Facebook, then you probably know what Loot Crate is. I get ads for this service at least once a day, but I’ll break it down for you if you’ve never heard of it. If you sign up for Loot Crate you get a surprise box of stuff delivered to you once a month. You can pick which kind of crate you want to receive, such as anime or pets, but you never know exactly what you’re going to receive. There have already been game-related crates designed for just one game. For example, a Call of Duty-specific crate is available now. And some crates have contained gaming items alongside other geeky stuff.

But now there will be a crate option that includes only gaming items. The first gaming crate, which will ship this spring, will contain items from Halo, Skyrim, Street Fighter and more.
