Sam Barlow, the one-man developer of the hit game, Her Story, posted a “one-pager” on what’s titled Her Story 2 on Twitter earlier this morning. You can only see the title on the page. Everything else is blurred out. You can see the cryptic message below.
Barlow responded to fans asking about the game that the new version would have “no relation story-wise to Her Story.” Needless to say we’re all intrigued.
Her Story has become a darling of the indie game scene. Its unique gameplay and complicated narrative has resonated with fans and critics alike. Just about everyone who’s played the game has continued to sing its praises. The game won the award for Best Narrative at The Game Awards and has been nominated for the Game Developers Choice Awards and the DICE Awards.
