The third episode of Minecraft: Story Mode, titled The Last Place You Look, is now available on PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 3, Xbox One and Xbox 360, iOS, Android, the Amazon Appstore, and PC. That’s right, we are now past the halfway point!
Minecraft: Story Mode will have five episodes total, and if you purchased a season pass or a physical copy of the game, you already bought them all, including the ones that haven’t come out yet.
Usually Telltale Games takes its sweet time releasing new episodes of its games, so it’s been pretty exciting to see new Minecraft episodes roll out approximately once a month. It could be that they’re being sensitive to Minecraft fans who may not be used to the episodic game model. It could also be that they’re trying to finish as much as possible before the holiday shopping season kicks into gear. Whatever the reason, we’re into it.
Minecraft: Story Mode is rated E10+ for Fantasy Violence and Mild Language. Pixelkin reviewed the first episode, The Order of the Stone, in October. We’ll be posting a review of the complete package later on, so stay tuned.
