Capcom continues the deluge of information leading up to the release of Monster Hunter: World later this month on January 26 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. During a livestream in Japan, Capcom revealed a new trailer, teased the first DLC, and announced the final PS4 beta. They also announced a rough timeline for the PC version, which is arriving Fall 2018.

The lengthy new trailer (above) shows off the Elder Dragons, including the steel dragon Kushala Daora, the flame dragon Teostra, and the explosive rock-spitting Dodogama. Kushala Daora uses wind to keep hunters at bay. Teostra is your typical fire-breathing dragon, while Dodogama eats rocks and uses its saliva to turn them into explosive missiles.

The end of the trailer teases Monster Hunter: World’s first DLC. The first major post-launch update will arrive sometime in the Spring. The free update will add the monstrous Deviljho, who literally eats other large monsters for breakfast. And then keeps eating.

A third and final beta for PlayStation 4 users was also announced. The beta will run the weekend before launch, January 18-22. Unlike the previous beta, this one will add a new hunt: the horned dragon Nergigante. I probably don’t need to mention that it’s also a super big monster. The previous hunts with Great Jagras, Anjanath, and Barroth will still be available as well.

Monster Hunter: World is rated T for Teen. It’s coming to PlayStation 4 and Xbox One on January 26, and later on PC in the Fall.
