Esports company Rally Cry announced the return of the FORGE Scholastic Esports Championship to San Antonio, Texas, May 15-17. The live esports event will take place at the Boeing Center at Tech Port, bringing thousands of high school and college competitors, as well as fans and industry panels, for three days of gaming.

The FORGE Championship includes top teams from other scholastic esports organizations, including EGF, ECAC, and NECC. The new FORGE Trials feature a national qualifier for student teams in partner leagues. Plus, over 200 middle and high school players will compete in the Grand Finals of the younger scholastic esports league, R20.

The Championship will feature 11 different gaming competitions across three main stages:

  • Apex Legends
  • Counter-Strike 2
  • Halo Infinite
  • League of Legends
  • Marvel Rivals
  • Overwatch 2
  • Rainbow Six Siege
  • Rocket League
  • Super Smash Bros. Ultiamte
  • Teamfight Tactics
  • Valorant

The esports championship will also include open tournaments for Smash Bros and Mario Kart, free play areas with Nintendo consoles and PCs (including full LAN setups), retro arcade machines, and door prizes. Plus, career panels for esports education and careers.

The FORGE scholastic Esports Championship is sponsored by the Army National Guard, so expect to see their presence as well.
