HoYoverse has revealed details on Zenless Zone Zero 1.3, “Virtual Revenge,” the next major content update for the popular gacha-action game. Virtual Revenge adds two new S-rank agents, new locations, new gameplay modes, and a new storyline when it drops November 6.

The two new S-rank agents are Tsukishiro Yanagi, the Deputy Chief of Section 6, and Lighter, the Champion of the Sons of Calydon. Surprisingly, the highly anticipated Section 6 leader Miyabi is not yet arriving. Hopefully soon!

Yanagi is an Electric-Anomaly Agent. She wields a naginata, and deals extra Disorder damage, pairing well with other Anomaly Agents.

Zenless Zone Zero 1.3Lighter is a Fire-Stun Agent, and was introduced in Version 1.2 as a member of the Sons of Calydon. Aside from stunning enemies with his fists, he can also lower their Ice and Fire Resistances. Notably, Lighter is the first male S-rank agent since the game launched in July, and only the second male S-rank after Lycaon.

Zenless Zone Zero 1.3New A-Rank Bangboo include Baddieboo and Knightboo.

Yanagi’s limited banner will be available first, followed by Lighter’s.

The new Gameplay Modes are The Mystery of Arpeggio Fault, and Simulated Battle Trial.

Arpeggio Fault is a roguelike TV mode of random enemies and buffs, organized into five chapters. Those preferring traditional combat can practice the new battle tower mode of Simulated Battle Trials, ascending the tower and fighting stronger enemies for better rewards.

Virtual Revenge will also add new login and limited events for more rewards, and other quality of life improvements.

Zenless Zone Zero 1.3 will release on November 6. The free-to-play action game has been one of our favorite games of the year, and it’s available on PC, PlayStation 5, and mobile devices, and rated T for Teen.
